Our Terms
- Deposit: 50% on confirmation
- Payment: Full payment is required no less
than 30 days prior to arrival date
- Cancellation: Reservations cancelled less
than 14 days prior to arrival date are
non-refundable
- 10% charge on cancelled reservations
- Minimum 3 night stay
- Maximum 4 adults or a family of 5 strictly enforced
- There is an additional $30.00 cleaning charge for
one and two night stays
- Plus 10% hotel tax/service charges
- Rates are in U.S. dollars
- Your cottage was clean on arrival, if left in an unacceptable
condition additional cleaning charges may be applied.
